Amendments, Cancellations & Refunds

Can I amend my booking?

Yes. We will accommodate changes where possible. Please contact us by email with your new travel details.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations are subject to a minimum £40 administration fee.

Refunds are processed as the booking value minus the applicable cancellation fee. Please review our full Terms & Conditions for detailed information.

Are there additional charges for late return?

If your booking has already started, additional days are charged at £10 per extra day.

If you extend your booking before it begins, the rate will be recalculated accordingly.
